I have been to this restaurant on several occasions when travelling via London Heathrow Airport and have to admit that it is my favourite restaurant to dine in. The food and drinks are fantastic and the staff are extremely personable and helpful. I find it's a great place to go when I want to leisurely relax before a flight and/or work. Alistair, in particular, is a great member of staff and is always very cheerful and makes diners feel comfortable and happy. Overall, this place is a great eatery to go to before a flight - highly recommended!

Located in the center with comfort seating and charging stations. Ordered a classic carbonara and the aroma of crispy bacon make it savoury. Warm service and food was served in about 10 mins. Great location to watch the passerby.

Had a surprisingly good pasta dish here for lunch, and the loose leaf tea was excellent. The portions were a bit small but it tasted so good that I didn't care. I'd been awake for nearly 24 hours after a slew of flight delays by the time I made it into their restaurant and my meal was exactly what I needed to make me feel slightly alive again. The service was quick and courteous and I would eat here again if I'm ever passing through Heathrow.

Worth visiting for the memory of London. When entering, you would be surprised to be asked by a charming waitress "It'll take about 15 minutes to serve foods and drinks. OK?" As you know, it's common at a very busy cafe in the international airport. We can feel relaxed because it is not so crowded inside. Around the kitchen, many staffs, laughing, talking each other, seem also very relaxed. I especially recommend Iced Coffee, which I think is Must-Drink for everyone in the world. Served about 30 minutes after the order, by a cute waitress smilingly saying "I apologize. I've lost your order. I apologize", you can fully feel the deep taste of London tap water and slight fragrance of coffee beans. The fact that such a cafe exists at the centre of the international airport shows the admirable depths of history and culture of London. In other cities, e.g. Tokyo, it could not survive even a month long.
